Hi, I'm Roz, a business coach and strategist.....

I have built and run multiple successful businesses, as well as my fully booked private practice. I am also a Consultant Clinical Therapeutic Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Supervisor and a Trainer.

Like you, I put my heart and soul into my studies. The foundations of my learning are a person centred modality. I bought all the books (yep, hello amazon!). Many an evening and weekend, making sure that I met criteria, ticking it all off as I went. On top of the 100 hour placement at various agencies - volunteering of course!

Now, I would not change any of it - none of the sweat, tears and shear hard work that I invested into my studies, that's without addressing the cost and the emotional rollercoaster I travelled on! Sometimes at a million miles an hour - I am sure you can resonate here.

So, I created my own business solutions strategy, which lays out everything you need to start and grow your counselling business.

The foundations of my training are to work within a person centred / humanistic modality, however, through my extensive training, I use a range of therapeutic modalities within my own private practice.

I am constantly updating my skills and training, which ensures understanding the latest research methods within the industry.

With over 20 years experience building and running successful businesses within the health and wellness industry, I offer therapeutic workshops and courses online, within the community and businesses on a wide range of subjects........
